Return Eligibility
Return requests are valid within 30 calendar days from your delivery date.
To be eligible for a full refund, all items must satisfy every standard below:
- Unworn, unused, and never washed
- Retain original brand-new condition
- All original tags, labels and accessories still attached intact
- Free of makeup marks, perfume scents, stains, animal hair, or any visible wear traces
- Preferably sent back with the original retail packaging
Any items failing these inspection standards will be rejected and ineligible for refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene rules and sales regulations, the below merchandise cannot be returned for any reason:
- Lingerie, underwear, bras and shaping wear
- Swimwear without intact hygiene liners
- Bodysuits
- Earrings and personal body accessories
- Digital gift cards
- Customized, personalized made-to-order goods
- Final Sale, discounted clearance items marked on product pages
- Goods damaged by improper cleaning, accidental misuse or daily wear and tear
Important Statement: No Exchange Service
Nove Lisse provides returns for refunds only. We do NOT offer size swaps, color exchanges or item replacements under any circumstances. If you dislike the fit, style or color, you may return your item for a full refund and place a new separate order.

We will send official return authorization, exact return address and complete shipping guidelines once your application is reviewed and approved.
Unauthorized returns shipped without prior confirmation will not be accepted or processed.
Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping fees are covered by customers, unless your parcel arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect items sent by our warehouse.
Initial outbound shipping charges at checkout are non-refundable in all cases.
We strongly suggest using a trackable courier service. Nove Lisse holds no liability for lost, stolen or delayed return packages in transit.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive broken, flawed or mismatched goods, please email us within 7 days upon delivery.
Attach the following materials for our review:
- Your unique order number
- Clear photos of damaged/defective merchandise
- Full photos of the outer shipping box and original shipping label
After verifying your submission, we will issue a full refund as our only solution (no replacements available).
Refund Processing Timeline
Our warehouse will inspect your returned parcel after delivery, then send you an email notification regarding your refund approval status.
Once approved, funds will be credited back to your original payment account within 5–10 business days.
Please allow extra processing time for banks or payment platforms to post the refund to your balance.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be fully canceled within 12 hours after checkout.
Once your order enters packing processing or has been dispatched, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

Shipping Limitations
- We do not deliver to APO, FPO or DPO military mailing addresses.
- Shipping addresses cannot be edited or redirected once the order has shipped.
- Customers take full responsibility for submitting complete, accurate delivery information at checkout.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We recommend contacting our customer support to resolve all order issues before opening payment disputes or chargebacks. Our team will work closely with you to settle every concern fairly and promptly.
