All shipping tiers apply exclusively to United States continental addresses. Rates are calculated based on your final checkout subtotal before tax and discounts.

    $18.00

    Applicable order subtotal: $0.00 – $99.99

    Faster priority delivery for quicker order arrival.
  4. Free Expedited Shipping

    Rate: Complimentary

    Applicable order subtotal:

    $100.00 and above

    Complimentary expedited priority shipping for all orders valued at $100 or more.

Processing & Transit Times

All orders require 1–3 business days for warehouse processing before dispatch, excluding weekends and US national holidays.


Shipping timelines are estimated and not fully guaranteed; delays may occur due to courier backlogs, weather disruptions, peak shopping seasons or unforeseen logistics issues beyond our control.

Shipping Limitations & Exclusions

  • We do not ship to APO, FPO, DPO military addresses, PO Boxes or international territories at this time.
  • Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, delivery addresses cannot be edited, updated or redirected.
  • Customers are fully responsible for entering a complete, accurate delivery address during checkout. Lost or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect customer address information will not be eligible for shipping refunds or complimentary re-delivery.

Package Tracking & Liability

A unique tracking number will be emailed to your registered inbox as soon as your order ships. We highly recommend monitoring tracking updates regularly.

Nove Lisse accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged parcels once they leave our warehouse and enter courier custody. If your package shows delivered status but you have not received it, please reach out to the shipping carrier first to file an investigation claim.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged upon receipt, please email our support team within 7 calendar days of delivery confirmation. You will need to provide your order number, clear photos of the outer shipping box, shipping label and damaged merchandise for review. We will assess each case individually to provide eligible resolutions.

Shipping Fee Refund Rules

Original outbound shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable under all scenarios, including return requests for personal preference, sizing issues or style dissatisfaction.

Only orders with warehouse errors (wrong items shipped, defective goods) will qualify for return shipping coverage as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be fully canceled within 12 hours of successful checkout. If your order has already been processed, packed or handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation requests cannot be fulfilled and you will need to submit a return request after receiving your parcel. All cancellation communications must be sent via our official support email.
