Processing and shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to logistics, peak seasons, or external circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation is no longer available. All cancellation requests must be submitted via our official support email.

Return & Refund Rules (No Exchanges)

Nove Lisse strictly offers returns for refund only. No exchanges, size swaps, color replacements, or item substitutions are available under any circumstances. All return requests must follow our official Return & Refund Policy listed separately on our website.

Shipping Terms & Restrictions

We ship to most international regions. We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses. Once an order has shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified or redirected. Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
Nove Lisse is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by courier errors, incorrect customer addresses, or customs clearance procedures.
